Welcome to BRAND RADAR! By signing up and submitting brand details, including images and descriptions, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Brand Profile & Information

At this stage, brand profiles are fully managed by BRAND RADAR to ensure consistency. You can submit your brand's details through our designated form, including descriptions, values, product categories, and images. Any submitted information will be used to enhance filtering, improve discovery, and showcase your brand more effectively.

 

Once submitted, BRAND RADAR will review this information before publishing it on the platform. If you wish to update or modify your profile, you can request changes by contacting brandradar.info@gmail.com.

 

As our platform grows, we may introduce self-managed brand profiles. Any updates to this process will be communicated through revised Terms of Service.

2. Image & Content Usage

By submitting images and content to our platform, you grant us permission to

  • Feature your images on our platform, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), and promotional materials.

  • Tag and credit your brand whenever we share content. 

  • Use images solely for promotional purposes. You will still retain ownership of your content.

Opt-Out & Special Requests​

  • Brands may request edits or update content at any time.

  • Opt out of specific platforms if you prefer your images not to be shared there.

 

We never distribute brand assets outside the agreed promotional scope.

 

In addition to sharing brand-submitted images, BRAND RADAR may create original content featuring brands. Any such content will always credit the brand and align with our mission to enhance brand visibility

3. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect brand privacy and ensure that all submitted information remains within our platform's ecosystem. We do not share or sell brand data to third parties, and any images or details provided will be used solely for promotional purposes. Users can request removal of their data at any time.

4. Platform Responsibilities & Limitations

While we strive to ensure accurate brand representation, we:

  • Are not responsible for external interactions between users and brands.

  • While we showcase brands to enhance visibility, we do not guarantee specific engagement, sales, or interactions beyond our platform.

  • Reserve the right to update these Terms when necessary.

5. Liability Disclaimer

By participating in our platform, brands acknowledge that: 

  • You are responsible for ensuring your information is accurate and up to date.

  • We do not take liability for third-party misuse of content outside our platform.

  • We are not liable for any misinformation provided by brands or any direct business interactions outside our platform.

6. Updates to These Terms

We may update this Terms of Service as needed. Continued use of our platform after any changes implies agreement with the updated terms.
