Image Usage Guidelines

At BRAND RADAR, we love showcasing brands and helping them reach a wider audience. By submitting images, brands agree to the following terms regarding image usage.

1. Where Images May Be Shared

  • Your images may appear on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and our website to promote your brand. 

  • We will always credit your brand when sharing content.

 

Alongside brand-submitted images, BRAND RADAR may create original content featuring brands, including promotional videos and curated posts. Any featured content will always credit the brand and align with our mission to enhance brand visibility. 

2. Ownership & Rights

  • You retain full ownership of your submitted images. 

  • We use images solely for promotional purposes within BRAND RADAR’s ecosystem.

  • Images may be resized, cropped, or adjusted for optimal display across digital platforms, while ensuring brand integrity.

3. Image Quality & Format

  • To maintain high-quality presentation, images should be submitted in JPG or PNG format. 

  • High-resolution images are preferred for optimal display across the platform.

4. Opt-Out or Special Requests

  • If you prefer not to have your images shared on a specific platform, just let us know. 

  • Brands may request edits or provide updated content at any time. 

  • Images will remain featured unless a removal request is submitted.

5. Content Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer

  • Brands confirm they have the legal rights to use and distribute all submitted images. 

  • BRAND RADAR is not responsible for disputes regarding ownership or third-party misuse of images outside our platform.
